Downstairs has living room, kitchen, 1/2 bathroom, garage access. Upstairs has 2 bedrooms and full bathroom. Bedrooms have custom double closets with ample shelving, plus an additional shoe closet in the master. Water and trash paid by owner, other utilities up to tenant. The current lease ends October 31, I will be coming in and putting in new floor the first 1-2 weeks of November. Unit should be available by November 15 at the latest.
