Designed for both relaxation and productivity, it is ideal for families, groups, or business travelers. The fully equipped kitchen includes a stove, oven, dishwasher, and essentials, complemented by a dining area perfect for shared meals or casual mornings. The open living room offers comfortable seating. Enjoy premium linens on the king-size bed, a hotel-quality duvet on the queen-size bed, and a hotel-quality duvet on the double bed. Two modern bathrooms are provided with fluffy towels. In-suite laundry is available for longer stays. Mid-stay cleaning is available for an additional fee for stays of 7 or more nights and is required for stays of 21 or more nights. While there is no designated parking spot on-site, Green P parking is available nearby on a first-come, first-served basis. This apartment is on the second floor and accessible by a staircase with approximately 18 steps. As this property is located in a vibrant area, some street noise and sounds from neighboring units may occasionally be heard. Like many major cities, Toronto is experiencing a homelessness issue, and while the neighborhood is safe and welcoming, you may occasionally encounter unhoused individuals nearby. Quiet hours are observed between 10:00 PM and 7:00 AM. Parties, events, and smoking or vaping are prohibited in or around this property. Outside of service animals, pets are not permitted at this property. For safety reasons, firearms, weapons, and ammunition are strictly not allowed on the premises. If any of these house rules are broken, you and your group may be subject to additional charges or be requested to vacate the property immediately without refund. For a smooth and secure check-in experience, all guests may be required to complete ID and Enso Boarding Pass verification before arrival, and check-in instructions will be shared once verification is completed. Late departures will result in a charge for each additional hour the property cannot be accessed for turnover.
