There may be construction noise across the street starting between 7 AM and 9 AM. The property enforces quiet hours between 10 PM and 7 AM. Parties, events, and smoking or vaping of any kind are prohibited in or around the property and risk a fine of $150. Late departures will result in a fine of $150 for each additional hour the property cannot be accessed for turnover. Outside of service animals, pets are not permitted at this property. Any evidence of pets will result in a fine. The primary guest must stay for the full duration, and the reservation cannot be made for other guests. Includes a laptop-friendly dedicated workstation and high-speed Wi-Fi throughout the space. A laptop computer is not included. SECURITY DEPOSIT A $250 refundable security deposit is required to be paid a day before check-in to cover any incidental charges or damages. This deposit will be fully refunded within 10 business days after checkout, pending a room inspection MID-STAY CLEANING For stays of 30+ days, a complimentary monthly cleaning is included. The partner will reach out to schedule it at a convenient time each month to maintain a fresh, welcoming space. By proceeding with your booking, you agree to the terms regarding the security deposit and mid-stay cleaning.
