This lower level space could be used for a guest, or as a home office. Wood floors, granite counters, stainless appliances, wood stove surrounded by stone, deck with mountain views, and free access to walking path, located about 25 min from downtown Charlottesville, west off Rt 151. Utilities included in rent are water/sewer, lawn maintenance. Tenant pays electricity, internet and trash. One year lease. Owners are not considering pets! Non-smoking. Good credit required and income of at least $4800/month. Owner prefers single occupancy, as the cottage is fairly close to his home and he wants to keep traffic and activity to a minimum.
