This is a newly renovated home with absolutely everything you need and want to make your vacations days are unforgettable. Tons of living space and spacious bedrooms. The home also has amazing extras like complimentary WiFi, flat-screen Smart TV and washer and dryer.. Our condo is the perfect getaway to create new memories with your family and friends. Each of the three bedrooms has a Smart TV. These rooms are comfortable and make for great spaces for unwinding and relaxing after long days of exploring the parks. Our tropical oasis has a master bedroom with a comfortable queen-sized bed and an ensuite full-size bathroom. As a bonus, the master has a step-out balcony accessible from right inside the room. Waking up and stepping out in the Florida Sunshine is the best way to start the day! The vacation home features an additional spacious queen bedroom awaits. Theres an exciting surprise for the kiddos next door to the additional queen room - our beloved Mickey Mouse-themed room with two twin beds. There is a full-sized bathroom in between these rooms in the shared hallway between the rooms and the common area. A large fully equipped kitchen with full-size appliances awaits you. Enjoy home-cooked meals with your loved ones without having to go through the hassle of finding a restaurant everyone likes. We provide the kitchen basics for quick easy meals while away from home. Guest Access As our guest, you have full access to SweetWater Club amenities like their amazing pool. Recently renovated, this pool is great for relaxing, cooling off, and just enjoying some fun in the sun! Other Things to Note Please keep your \"welcome packet\" or vacation voucher ready. You will find the gate code to enter the resort. This home is perfect for those looking for a place close to Walt Disney World, but also offers easy access to the area\'s best dining & entertainment. Interaction with Guests This vacation home resort is self-check-in. There is no \"lobby\" or anyone to greet you. Youll receive a personalized code for the door. We live around the area and are available whenever needed. You may call or text me if you have any issues. All guests are required to sign our rental agreement via DocuSign before checking in. This information is sent outside of any platform and must be sent to your email. The Neighborhood The greatest part about my home is the LOCATION. In addition to being close to the Disney theme park and other area parks, it\'s a convenient location that\'s surrounded by natural beauty and just minutes from downtown Orlando. Dining I have listed a few of my favorite dining options so you can spend less time worrying about where to eat and more time enjoying your vacation. Bahama Breeze This is a laid-back chain restaurant featuring yummy Caribbean food and vibrant tropical drinks. Their menu is extensive so there is something for everyone. Daily happy hour specials from 4 PM to 6 PM make this a great spot for an early dinner. Late-night cravings and tired of fast food? Late-night happy hour starts at 9 PM and goes on until MIDNIGHT. Sabor Brasil This is hole-in-the-wall spot located in a nearby strip mall. They serve traditional Brazilian food buffet style. This spot is jam-packed with culture and Latin flare. It\'s not your typical restaurant and also doubles as a mini supermarket with imported goods. Cafe DAntonio - Located in the city of Celebration, this quaint little Italian restaurant serves classic and authentic dishes. They mix old traditions with new ones to create an incredible culinary experience. Cafe DAntonio has one of the best outdoor seating areas. Sit back and enjoy your dinner as you gaze out onto the lake. ARI - Located in the city of Celebration, this is one of the top sushi spots in all of Central Florida. ARI is a mix of Japanese and Korean and offers specialties served in a modern and stylish space. This restaurant also has amazing outdoor seating facing the lake. Enjoy good food with a beautiful view. Also in the Area All Disney theme parks and all Universal theme parks are less than 20 minutes from the home. A Walmart SuperCenter and a Publix Supermarket are less than a 5-minute drive from the home for all of your needs. The Orlando Vineland Premium Outlets are less than a 15-minute drive from the home. This outdoor shopping plaza has high-end stores like Kate Spade, Michael Kors, and All Saints. Common stores like American Eagle, Forever 21, and Fossil are also located in this outlet.
