There is plenty of space for lawn games outside and the front deck with seating area and BBQ is the spot to entertain year round. Inside the home has multiple areas for gathering. The open concept kitchen area allows several people to prepare meals together while others can gather around the table. The living room features a large flat screen tv, family games and books as well as an amazing stone fireplace. The upstairs is divided into two separate spaces allowing privacy. One living quarter features a bathroom with claw foot tub and walk in shower, one bedroom with queen bed and one bedroom with two twin beds. Above kitchen side of the house there is a master bedroom en suite, two rooms with twin trundle beds and another room with a queen bed. There is also a bathroom with walk in shower. The house is on a well but we have a filtered system. There may sometimes be a sulphur smell in the water. While safe to bath and wash dishes in, it may not be preferred for cooking and drinking. Pond: Swim and use pond at your own risk. Children and dogs should always be supervised near pond. Spring fed pond is swimmable in warmer months but DOES NOT FREEZE SOLID IN THE WINTER.
