This charming cottage is fully equipped for your convenience,offering two bedrooms,two full bathrooms and an outdoor kitchen / deck with firepit and stunning views of the lake. The upstairs primary bedroom has a king bed and private ensuite bathroom. Stacked washer and dryer for your convenience. This property can accommodate a maximum of 6 people with use of the pull-out sofa. Located just 4 miles from the village of Skaneateles on the east side of the lake,the sunsets are amazing! Parking for 2 cars at the door with additional parking available nearby,there is a gentle slope to the water - no stairs to climb! The tennis court and water front are shared with 4 other cottages. Use of boat hoist is negotiable. List price is per week; discount given for both weeks. No pets and no smoking.

Skaneateles is a popular upstate resort town about twenty miles southwest of Syracuse.
