About This Property
2 bedroom 1 bath apartment. Central Air and Coin laundry on site. Minimum Gross income is $2,250 per month. First months rent of $800 and $800 Security Deposit ($1,600) due at lease signing. No smoking allowed and no pets are allowed. OWNER WILL PAY UP TO $50 OF WATER. Anyone residing in the property that is over the age of 18 must fill out a separate application and provide a separate non-refundable application fee. Additional tenant management fee from management company applies each month ($5). Proof of income (i.e.,last 2 months paycheck stubs and bank statements or proof of Social Security Benefits,for example). A State Issued photo ID for each applicant must also be submitted with each application. We will be conducting Credit Checks,Prior Eviction Checks and Criminal Background Checks on all applicants,and at least two personal referrals and past landlord referrals are required. *All information is deemed reliable but not guaranteed.
