The flooring on the first floor is contiguous luxury vinyl plank and the bedroom have original hardwood floors. Being a side by side duplex, it offers excellent noise isolation from the neighbors. The outside includes a large patio with a beautiful perennial bed next to it. It comes with 2 off street parking spots and water/server (75$/month value) The location couldn't be better! I-94, The Majestic Movie Theater, Sam's Club, Target, Woodman's and the Corners Mall are all less than 2 miles away! Don't miss out!
