Off-street and on-street parking available with alley access parking with the building’s exterior under 24-hour 7 days a week video surveillance. Also has washer and dryer hookups in unit. Located two blocks north of Muskegon Heights police department and city hall and less then a half block from Muskegon Heights High School. There is also a MATS stop a half block walk if you don’t have a vehicle or need to use public transportation. This unit has been completely gutted and entirely rebuilt from the studs up with no expense spared and we were able to keep the original 9-foot ceilings! All new plumbing, electrical, closed cell spray foam, flooring, cabinets, dual pane windows, mini blinds, stove, refrigerator, microwave, tub/shower, toilet etc. The unit comes with stove, refrigerator, built in microwave and all windows already have mini blinds installed. Nice clean, safe, functional place to call home with active management that cares about you and the neighborhood! Total money required for move in $1475 ($700 for first months rent $700 for security deposit and $75 for move in fee). Tenant is responsible and required to put electric in their name. Tenant is responsible and required to put gas in their name. Tenant is responsible for snow and ice removal for their unit entrances and parking area. Landlord pays for water, sewer and garbage. Each applicant over the age of 18 will be charged $38 for a national criminal background check, eviction history and credit check. Applicants will not be denied for bad credit but will be denied for: 1. Income not greater or equal to 3 times monthly rent ($2100) 2. Not having full security deposit 3. Registered sex offender (less then half block from school) 4. Has an eviction in the past 7 years 5. Declared bankruptcy in the past 7 years 6. Conviction of violent and or dangerous criminal record in past 7 years from release date 7. Conviction of narcotics possession or intent to sell within last 7 years from release date 8. Incomplete application Animals may be accepted with additional $250 security deposit and $25 a month additional rent per animal. For insurance reasons no aggressive dog breeds are allowed (Pit Bull Terriers, Staffordshire Terriers, Rottweilers, German Shepherds, Presa Canarios, Chow Chows, Doberman Pinschers, Akitas, Wolf-hybrids, Mastiffs, Cane Corsos, Great Danes, Alaskan Malamutes, Siberian Huskies, Bullmastiff, and Boxers) We are not currently registered with the state of Michigan to accept Section 8. Our policy is based on first submitted first qualified.
