***$200 de descuento en el primer mes de renta*** Tengo un condominio amueblado en renta en el corazón del hermoso Waikiki. Me gustaría compartir mi condominio con una pareja, familia o alguien a quien le gustaría vivir junto a aguas cristalinas y clima cálido en uno de los lugares más hermosos de los EE. UU. Lo más importante es que me gustaría un inquilino que sea limpio y pague la renta a tiempo. 2 recámaras/1 baño, sala y cocina. Hay una lavadora nueva PERO no hay secadora. Cada inquilino cuelga su ropa en el lanai para secarla y es Hawaii, la ropa se seca rápido. Lavavajillas nuevo. Un refrigerador grande y agradable con una puerta francesa. Una isla de cocina de gran tamaño que es increíble para cocinar (honestamente es súper grande para el tamaño de este lindo condominio). Televisor inteligente de 55" y altavoces de sonido envolvente si los desea. Dispone de una pequeña terraza con bonitas vistas, incluyendo vistas a la montaña y parciales al mar. Este condominio está cerca de todo. La mundialmente famosa playa de Waikiki está a 3 minutos a pie. Muy cerca de restaurantes, supermercados, cafeterías, bares, tiendas de conveniencia, outlets premium, el Mercado Internacional, el anfiteatro Shell, el Parque Kapiolani y mucho más. Incluso la sala de urgencias y el zoológico están a poca distancia. Las habitaciones son de tamaño promedio, de aproximadamente 3 x 3 metros, con un armario de tamaño promedio en una y un vestidor en la otra. Se admiten mascotas si se adaptan a las necesidades, pero esto supondría un coste adicional de $100 al mes. Una plaza de aparcamiento en el mismo edificio es negociable.
