I would like to share my condo with a couple, family, or someone who would like to live next to crystal clear waters and warm weather in one of the most beautiful places in the U.S. Most importantly, I would like a tenant who is clean and pays rent on time. 2 bed/1 bath, living room, and kitchen. There is a brand new washer BUT no dryer. Every tenant hangs their laundry on the lanai to dry and it's Hawaii, clothes dry fast. New dishwasher. Nice big refrigerator with a French door. An oversized kitchen island that is amazing for cooking (it's honestly super big for the size of this cute little condo). 55" smart TV and surround sound speakers if you want them. There is a small lanai with nice views including mountain and partial ocean views. This condo is close to everything. The beautiful world famous Waikiki beach is a 3 minute walk away. Extremely close to restaurants, grocery stores, coffee shops, bars, convenience stores, premium outlets, the International Marketplace, the Shell amphitheater, Kapiolani Park, and much more. Even urgent care and the zoo are within walking distance. The rooms are average size, about 10' X 10' rooms with an average size closet in one and a walk-in closet in the other. Will accept pets if it's the right fit, however, that would be an extra $100 per month. 1 garaged parking spot in the same building is negotiable. Furnishing also also super negotiable. You can keep what you want and move out whatever else to storage. There are no bills, just a flat monthly fee. When I was renter, I appreciated this simplification and peace of mind.
