It is very spacious with sizeable living/dining room area. With bright abundant light this unit feels bigger that it is. One dedicated parking space off-street, and plenty of on-street parking available. Major furnishings include: A FULL SIZE memory foam mattress, sets of bedding, pillows, dressers, full kitchen setup, small table with 4 chairs, vacuum, futon couch, lounge chairs, 55" smart TV, Wi-Fi, and a shared washer/dryer. A small amount of the essentials for daily living (cleaning products, paper products, etc.) are present. Features: New appliances (stove, microwave, dishwasher, and fridge) Shared washer/dryer No smoking Flexible lease options, minimum 30 day stay. All-inclusive utility bill (water-sewer-heat-power-trash-internet) $225. Important: This is a duplex unit, although completely renovated and sound-reducing materials were used, you may hear the daily living sounds of the downstairs apartment. Both units are/were remodeled to reduce the sound transference as much as possible, and both leases require quite hours from 10 PM to 6 AM.
