an okay option

This 6-unit complex is a decent option in terms of sq ft and location. Walking distance to the beach and stores make it enjoyable. My main complaint with this property is lack of parking and value for the price. Don't plan to be out past 6 pm as parking is non-existent at that time and there are no nearby lots to rent. The property is maintained well in terms of appliance upgrades, but there is a roach issue that fails to be addressed by management. Also, your rent will be raised every year.
