After a day of exploring, there’s no better way to unwind than in your own private mountain-view hot tub. Quiet Hours are from 10 pm to 8 am, so be respectful to our neighbors. No events are allowed, including parties, large gatherings, and weddings. No smoking or vaping in the home or on the decks. An additional charge will be applied if any butts are found on the property. Please turn all exterior lights off at night, as the dark skies are part of the beauty of our valley. Drive slowly in our neighborhood in respect of children, pets, and wildlife. A maximum of three licensed vehicles is allowed in the driveway. No riding snow machines, dirt bikes, or ATVs in the subdivision or at the rental property. Do not burn candles or incense in the home. No fireworks on the premises. Keep all main entry doors locked when not occupied. Fines will apply for violations including but not limited to: leaving garbage in house or litter on grounds, failure to disclose or clean up after pets, smoking in house or garage, failure to follow house rules and respect posted signs, failure to follow check-out procedure or violations of local laws. Minimum $500 fine for: smoking/vaping/marijuana in the house or garage, violation of house rules, posted signs, laws, or failure to vacate at check-out time.
