- 2405 Dunbar Street - Two bedroom, one bathroom house with stove/refrigerator, gas heat, gas water heater, hardwood/vinyl flooring, and washer/dryer connections. Call our office if you are interested at ! You may come by our office between 8:30 am and 5 pm to checkout a key. We require a refundable $10/key deposit, cash or check only, and a photocopy of a government issued ID. We conditionally allow pets with a onetime, non-refundable pet fee. Dog breed must be approved. Apartments have a 20 LB weight restriction on pets. (RLNE8044066) Appliances: Refrigerator, Range. Pet policies: Small Dogs Allowed, Cats Allowed, Large Dogs Allowed.
