The owner is moving and the house is still in brand new shape, with washer, dryer and T-Mobile internet provided. There is a fenced backyard. The owner can provide a fairly new push mower and trimmer, but they will not maintain them. Alternatively, lawncare can be provided for an additional $100 added to the rental rate. The personal items in all of the photos will be removed before move-in. One adult cat or an adult dog of an approved breed is allowed with owner authorization and a $300 non-refundable pet fee. The house can be ready shortly before April 1st, if necessary.
