The efficient layout makes the most of the space, featuring two lofted sleeping areas plus additional sleeping space in the main living area. The kitchen is equipped with a range, refrigerator, microwave, and ample cabinet storage, while the bathroom includes a walk-in shower and built-in shelving. Designed to comfortably sleep five (six if ambitious), this retreat provides everything you need for the ski season. All utilities are included (No Wifi Included) for $2,400 per month, making it a convenient and inviting home base at Schweitzer. ll Freedom Path Property Management residents are enrolled in the Resident Benefits Package (RBP) for $55.00/month which includes liability insurance, credit building to help boost the resident’s credit score with timely rent payments, up to $1M Identity Theft Protection, HVAC air filter delivery (for applicable properties), move-in concierge service making utility connection and home service setup a breeze during your move-in, our best-in-class resident rewards program, & on-demand pest control.
