Gerard Rosenberger brings over a decade of real estate experience and a lifetime of local knowledge to every client relationship. Born and raised in Margate, Gerard has deep roots in South Jersey and a proven track record across first homes, second homes, and investment properties. As the owner of Marketplace Realty, Gerard has expanded his expertise beyond brokerage into property management and flipping and developing properties, giving him a unique understanding of zoning, construction, maintenance and finish levels—insight that helps clients make smarter, more informed decisions. Before leading Marketplace, he earned his degree from Villanova University and built his career in multifamily investments, where he played a key role in the acquisition and development of over $1 billion in residential real estate. In addition to his work in real estate, Gerard serves as Vice Chair of Margate’s Citizen Advisory Board, providing him with direct awareness of city planning, development, and community priorities—an advantage he shares with his clients.
