Whether you're planning a peaceful seasonal retreat or an activity-filled summer adventure, this Forest Rim condo is the perfect home base for your stay. This apartment is not pet friendly. $1,800/mo includes Internet, Heating Fuel up to $50 monthly cap, plowing and mowing. Residents are responsible for Electric. Departure cleaning fee of $250 required for seasonal terms. HOA restricts lease terms to a minimum of 6 months. Applicants are required to complete a $50 rental application and authorize a credit and background check.
