About This Property
AVAILABLE NOW! I am renting a large condominium that was recently remodeled. The unit has granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, high ceilings, and laminated flooring throughout. There is only one bedroom (a very large bedroom, see pics), one bathroom, and it has its own laundry room with full hook ups (no need to go elsewhere for laundry, just bring your washer and dryer to the unit). The unit is located on the second floor. The complex is gated with 24 hours on site security. It has one covered carport and one open space for parking. It is located on the north side of Salinas (Main Street and Russell Road), very close to shopping centers and 101 freeway. Although the unit is 1 bedroom, there is over 876sqft of living space. Most two bedrooms are less than 750sqft. There is a carport for one vehicle, and multiple open spaces. I am looking for mature long-term tenants who can take care of the unit as their own. I'm very flexible and easy to work with, so if think you can take care of the unit as your own and want a worry-free unit this would be a good fit for the both of us. I own the unit and will not be using a property management company. Rent is $1900 per month, and deposit is regularly $2500, but it will be reduced for those with credit scores of 720 or higher. Again, i am easy to work with on these things. The maximum occupancy is two adults and up to two children, preferably a couple or single occupant. No dogs allowed.
