A picturesque beach town cottage merely 2 blocks from the beach! We've lived here for 2+ years and have absolutely loved it but need to move back East and are looking for someone to take over our lease (10 months) starting June 1st 2025 and runs through March 14th 2026, at which point you'll have the option to renew. Quiet and peaceful community, so looking for someone similar to join. Parking spot for one car, bike rack accessible, washer, dryer, dishwasher, private front porch, back patio area. As of now the place is populated with our furniture/things as we're in the process of gradually moving, but happy to show it any day of the week. Please feel free to call, text, email. I am not an agent/broker, but there was no other option to select. I'm the renter and can facilitate the showing, but will ultimate pass your along to the owner (not a company) to apply.
