We are dog friendly (and extra $200 fee and $1,000 deposit because of the furniture) There is access to AT&T fiber for lightening fast internet that just doesn't go down (unless the lines are cut - hasn't happened yet) and well insulated and 2 year old HVAC system for cool air, and gas for lovely, low cost heat. You can live the good life with low energy bills! New windows throughout. Large yard, with a white, Brevard squirrel flitting around the neighborhood.
