Better then being homeless, just barely though.

On site laundry always either down for maintaince or leaking so bad it would flood the whole room at least an inch of water, causing a major saftey hazard. Its pretty clear management wants the maximumn rent they can get from tendents without maintaining the building at all. No A/C, walls have zero insulation, cold in the winter, hotter then the surface of the sun during the summer. Do yourself a favor and spend alittle more on rent and stay somewhere else.

Rodent problem, poor response

Moved in 8 months ago, everything was fine. Then about 2 weeks ago, found rats in my apartment, filed a service request for it via their management website, and didn't get a response right away. I had to call several times and then finally a week and a half later they got pest control to come. And guess what? All they did was set up more traps, which I've done myself! I currently still have rats in my apartment and am looking to move out soon, since the apartment is basically uninhabitable. Ridiculous.
