The master bedroom has a walk-in closet that includes an elegant lofted view of the downstairs area that includes a wood-burning fireplace for those cozier days indoors. There are murals in each bedroom at the moment, but they can be painted over upon request of an approved applicant. There is a gated community pool just outside the front door, which makes for an excellent escape point during the summer. The HOA takes very good care of the exterior of the condo, pool, and surrounding areas. HOA is included in the rent price. All other fees associated with renting including utilities and insurance will be the responsibility of the tenant. Pets are welcome. Cats or small dogs (under 60lbs) with a $100 non-refundable deposit and monthly $20 fee.
