Rent/Lease: Currently, I'm paying $1399 rent per month but I will offer you huge discount- You could pay $1000 per month till June. Lease can be resigned for a term of your reference. Move-in/out: We will move out on or before 5th April 2017, and I will transfer our lease on your name so that you could move in after 5th April 2017 Utilities: Depends on your usage Electricity (approx: $50 - $100) and Water (approx: $30) and valet trash ($10) Deposit: No deposit required. Furnished/Unfurnished: The apartment comes with basic facilities like washer/dryer and has appliances like a fridge , microwave , cooktop with oven and dishwasher. We are moving out with our furniture! If you like, for a fee, I can furnish our apartment involving furniture rental companies.
