This adorable cottage is located near the new Hardrock Casino and Bristol Regional Medical Center. This 3 bedroom/1 bathroom home has a new roof, remodeled kitchen and bath plus lovely hardwood floors. Sunny eat-in kitchen with new kitchen cabinets, and stainless-steel appliances. Appliances include refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave and range. Main level floor plan has 2 bedrooms and full bathroom. 3rd bedroom on the 2nd floor. Large level back yard. Covered front porch. Low to no maintenance rental. We handle most, if not all, of the periodic maintenance. Just bring your belongings and let us help you with the rest! Pets are welcome here! Only a refundable deposit required, no extra or hidden fees. **Please read additional information below. Also, please note that application process goes through us directly.** Application Process: We care about finding the right fit for our home and our tenants! * Please start with a quick phone screen before scheduling a showing. * Once you've toured the home, you may submit a rental application ($50 non-refundable fee covers credit, eviction, and background checks). * Applications submitted before the phone screen will not be reviewed. Pet Policy: * Up to two small pets welcome, with prior approval. * Each pet must have its own Pet Resume and Application. * $500 refundable pet deposit per pet returned in full if the home is left in good condition. * No hidden or extra pet fees. Additional Terms * No smoking inside the home. * Private driveway parking included. * Tenant pays for utilities. * Landlord covers routine care such as landscaping, pest control, and water/air filter replacements. * Tenant must carry renter's insurance and submit maintenance requests through the online portal.
