About This Property
Charming tiny house available in a quiet, forested neighborhood located north of Duvall and south of Monroe. This home is ideal for nature lovers, minimalists, and those seeking a peaceful retreat away from city noise and light pollution. Please note: this is a very small house and is best suited for someone with minimal belongings; it will not accommodate large furniture. The property is shared with one other unit (a larger cabin that is currently rented) and sits next to a private lake, with easy access to a community park that includes a swimming beach and covered picnic area. This is a wonderful spot for those who enjoy outdoor living—think paddleboarding in the summer or relaxing in a hammock surrounded by trees. Monthly rent is $1,000, plus a $200 flat-rate utility fee covering electricity, heat, water, sewer, and garbage. The flat-rate utility fee is subject to an annual increase or decrease based on usage during the prior lease period. Internet service is not included; tenants must arrange and pay for their own service (Starlink is the best available option in this area). At lease signing, first month’s rent, first month’s utility fee, and a security deposit are due. No pets will be considered or allowed (no exceptions). Smoking is not permitted. Applicants must view the house in person before submitting an application. Application and screening criteria will be provided to interested applicants following a site tour.
