Remodeled bathrooms, new flooring, paint, lighting, trim, furnace, A/C and water heater. Very nice, efficient floorplan with lots of closet space. Exterior Security doors on all buildings that only unlock with a code or keytag and every condo has a commercial grade steel entry door with steel frame and deadbolt. Fully fenced heated pool is open from Memorial day to Labor day. Professionally mowed, snow shoveled, snow plowed, salted and pool maintenance. Utility cost is very reasonable. Tenants pay their own utilities except trash. Unfortunately, the condo association doesn't allow pets unless the tenant is the owner of the condo.
