Casa Arleda Apts. are located West of Balboa Park near the top of bankers hill, this historical building was built in 1926 originally a hotel that was modified to be currently apartments. the unit is located on the west wing in the first floor it includes a full size kitchen with stove, oven, and a fridge, full bath and ceiling fan and heater as well, Amenities are not included, except water, trash and sewage. Features on- site laundry, a picnic area on the back of the building, on site property manager. No Smoking or pets are allowed in building. The deposit that we request is one month of rent, but it may vary according to credit check.
