It's a month-to-month rental. No annual leases offered. Off Season (April - December): monthly $1,485. Winter Season (January - March): $2,000 monthly during the Winter Season. Security deposit waived when renting during Winter Season One time $200 pet fee applies upon approval by our insurance carrier.
