Tenant pays for power, gas, sewer and any cable/internet/phone service. One year lease required. Credit/background check required. No onsite parking, tenant to verify availability of city parking permit. No on site Laundry. No pets/no smoking. All income must be verified via paystubs, offer letter or school loan/scholarship allocation. Applications and background checks are required for everyone 18 years of age or older.
