It has a, queen bed with pullout drawers for additional storage, two small recliners, a chest of drawers, a Samsung Smart TV for streaming. The apartment has a separate bathroom within it. It's full sized and includes a shower and bathtub. A trolley stop and a scooter station are located behind the property on Central Avenue A SunRunner bus stop is in front of the property It stops every 20 minutes as it goes back and forth between the beach and downtown. No need to worry about parking, free, off Street parking is available at the property. Paying with a credit card will add 3% to the rent (credit card processing charge)
