In the rare event that you happen to see a mouse inside the house, please alert the partner right away and they will take care of the problem. Street parking is free during the day until 10:00 p.m. Please move your car into the driveway or garage to avoid getting a ticket! No more than 4 cars are allowed at this house. Absolutely no smoking is allowed. All trash must be disposed of, both inside and outside the house including any litter. No parties are allowed. Guests are expected to keep the house in good condition during their stay. All pets must be approved before booking, and all pet droppings must be picked up on a regular basis.
