Parking pad in front of house, so no need to deal with street parking issues. Tenants must be comfortable caring for two adorable cats (a ragdoll and Maine coon) - we'll pay for food and litter - in exchange for us covering all utilities. A very quiet graduate student lives in the basement in-law unit and has her own entrance.
