About This Home
Property Id: 1473790 This is not an apartment for rent. One bedroom is available for rent in a 3 bedroom townhouse. The bedroom is not furnished. The bathroom will be shared. Laundry is on the same floor as the bedrooms. Living room, dining room, kitchen, and bonus living areas are shared. Other storage areas may be available. The neighborhood is safe and clean, and the house is within walking distance from an elementary school. The house is also a walkable distance (10 minutes) to Main Street Bethlehem and Musikfest. There are a few grocery stores within about a 10 minute drive, and its about a 10 minute drive to St. Luke's Fountain Hill and LVHN-Muhlenberg. As an FYI, I have four (very friendly) cats, and I like having family and friend over to visit. Currently, I live in the house with one additional roommate. Move in date is negotiable. I will require a credit/background check, income verification, a deposit, and a lease agreement for safety.
