The spacious living areas boast fun Florida décor, a decorative fireplace, and a large dining area seating eight. The gourmet kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances, a coffee maker, and all the essentials for home-cooked meals. Enjoy the outdoor oasis with a heated saltwater pool, BBQ grill, fire pit, and a screened-in patio for year-round enjoyment. Tech and entertainment amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi, smart TVs in multiple rooms, and a cozy lounge for movie nights. Pets are welcome with a fee of $100 per pet per stay for reservations up to 28 days. For longer stays, the fee is $100 per pet per month. Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 9 AM, and the noise level must stay below 80 decibels at all times. Indoor smoking and the use of fireworks are prohibited, with a designated smoking area outdoors, 15 ft away from the property. Smoking violations or the presence of smoke smell may incur a minimum $250 remediation fee. Check-in begins at 4 PM and check-out is by 10 AM. Late check-outs past 10 AM incur a fee up to $100. Only guests listed on the reservation are allowed on the property, and illegal drug use results in immediate eviction without a refund. Disabling or removing security devices or any technology results in a fee or removal from the home without a refund. The pool has no lifeguard on duty, so swim at your own risk. Children under the age of 13 must be attended at all times by an adult or responsible party. Food, drinks, glass, and pets are prohibited from entering the pool.
