About This Home
Looking for a laid-back, private spot in town but a bit tucked away from the noise and traffic? This spacious 900sqft downstairs unit with tons of storage and outdoor space in a split-level plantation-style home is your perfect match! Nestled at the back of breezy Palolo Valley, this home offers the best of both worlds – a peaceful, green retreat conveniently located close to all your town needs. **Currently occupied and scheduling showings. Available November 1st. 1 year lease. What You'll Love: * Private entrance with keyless entry. * 2 parking spots in driveway. * Shared laundry (not coin operated.) * Located at the top of a private lane, surrounded on all sides by yards, and in the back of the valley so you don't feel too close to the neighbors. * LOTS of storage space in a large unfinished room in unit. You have to see it to believe how much storage you’ll have. Perfect if you got a gear-intensive hobby (or three.) Also plenty shared storage in large carport. * Large backyard with shady outdoor seating area under a flower vine-covered pergola. Cool, breezy spot to sip some coffee or get work done. *Mature fruit trees on property: banana, guava, papaya, ulu, lemon, lime, and pomegranate. * A large raised garden bed with a chill resident tortoise! Please ask us about our Tortoise-lini ?? * At home gym in carport. * Landscaping, wifi, and utilities included. * Pets negotiable. * No smoking. * Move in date somewhat flexible. Owner and a friend live in separate upstairs unit. We’re two women in our early 30s working in ocean science/conservation and on sailing and fishing vessels. The place is a peaceful, welcoming space where we enjoy keeping things pretty chill. The units are separate, but since there’s a lot of shared outdoor space we’re really hoping to live with someone (or two) who: * Are friendly, considerate, and respectful of shared spaces. * Comfortable with a calm, low-key atmosphere – No parties. We are pretty active people and take pride in keeping our home a nice chill little sanctuary to return home to — we'd love to share it with someone who values the same. If you’re looking for a place conveniently located in town without feeling like you're in town, and think you’d be a great fit, please shoot Jess an email or call/text with the number in photos. Please include your name, contact info, and a little bit about you to schedule a viewing. Mahalos! ??
