This service requires annual renewals and is a requirement for all tenants regardless of a pet being on a lease or not. No vicious dogs are allowed. Tenant must pick up after their pet, with a $50.00 fine per occurrence for failure to do so. If written permission is granted, the Tenant agrees to cover the cost of professional de-fleaing and de-ticking of the dwelling upon move-out. Failure to report a pet to management, providing false information within the PetScreening portal, or not renewing the annual service will result in a $500.00 fine. Tenant certifies, to the best of their knowledge, that any dog(s) residing on the premises have no history of aggressive behavior, including biting incidents, and agrees to immediately notify the Landlord of any such behavior that may arise during the lease term.
