Large main bedroom with walk-in closet and on-suite bath, second bedroom and hall bathroom. 2 large hall closets for interior storage. Kitchen has tile counters, gas cook top and electric oven. NO REFRIGERATOR PROVIDED. Floors are hardwood in LR/DR, second bedroom and hall. Tile in kitchen and hall bath; carpet in master bedroom and vinyl in the family room and master bath. Gas forced air heating system and double pane windows. Window coverings: shutters and blinds (repair or replacement are tenant's responsibility) Fenced front yard and backyard with patio. Regular weeding and plant watering (as allowed by water restriction) is the responsibility of the tenant. Periodic trimming of hedge, tree and large shrubs will be responsibility of landlord. Tenant may only plan in front yard large mound area and in pots placed on hardscape surfaces. Non-smoking property. No pets. No water filled furniture or aquariums. No wood burning fire pits. (Fireplace is non-operable). No garage. Two off-street parking spaces. No outside storage except in backyard patio area. Only garbage cans and may be kept in the carport area outside of the kitchen door. (Carport is for studio property only.) No vehicle repair or maintenance allowed on property. Security deposit of $4800 due at signing and then first months rent due prior to move in. Tenants pay gas and electric and garbage. Water only paid by Landlord.
