The spacious living room includes a three-seater sofa, a smart TV with access to applications like Netflix, Prime, and Disney+, as well as a work desk. The bathroom features a shower, toilet, sink, and dryer, with towels and sanitary essentials provided. The unit also includes a washer and dryer. The apartment is perfectly located on Sainte-Catherine East Street, close to all local shops, bakeries, grocery stores, cheese shops, fruit shops, and more. For grocery shopping, Metro and 3 Paniers are just a few steps away. Smoking is strictly prohibited in the apartment, and violation of this rule will result in a $500 penalty. Pets are not allowed, and violation of this rule will result in a $500 penalty and immediate eviction without refund. If the apartment is left in a messy state, a charge of $40 per additional hour per housekeeping staff will be applied to tidy up during cleaning. This fee applies to any late departure between 11:00 AM and 1:00 PM. Any guest still on-site after 1:00 PM will be charged for an additional night.
