This home needs a lot of TLC. The previous tenants thought they should be able to live for free so they gutted the homes so that nobody else could enjoy affordable housing. We/You need to go in and make the home livable once again. We will provide material.If you would like to buy the home and fix it up to your liking, that is an option.If you have handyman skills and good verifiable income, this would be a good place for you to get a good deal on affordable housing.We don't tolerate any activities that harm others, degrades the community, or disrupts the peace in the community. Certain kinds of debt shows past behavior that makes you a potentially riskier tenants, which may result in financial loss to the property owners if you need to be evicted for non-payment of rent or rule violation.Criminal Background isn't important if you have turned away from the people and behaviors of your past. You must have a transformative story and at least several years from last occurance.Evictions are important and you will only be accepted with an eviction if it is 7 years old or if you put up additional security or pre-paid rent to prevent loss to the owners if there is an eviction, which takes 2-3 months.Evictions can also be remedied with co-signers or agencies co-signing for you.
