An elevator services the neighboring building if needed, but your entry is only one flight up. Feel free to come and restore, rejuvenate, and revive in comfort. This cozy 1 bedroom, 1 bath first-level unit is the perfect retreat for those looking to spend the winter by the beach. Your living room gives you outside access to a private covered porch. You will find a dining room table that can easily become your perfect "work from home" space. Enjoy easy beach access, fully furnished accommodations, and all utilities included (with a cap) for a stress-free winter getaway. A washer/dryer is available in the unit for your convenience.
