There are 2 full bathrooms to accommodate the crowd, and a large back porch. There is easy parking underneath the unit for 2 cars. This building also has an elevator. No pets per HOA Rules. Ocean Dunes complex is located at the southern end of Pleasure Island, in Kure Beach next to Historic Fort Fisher which occupies one mile of beachfront with several private beach walkways. Access to the Recreation Center is included including three outdoor seasonal pools, a children's playground, tennis courts, a basketball court and a shuffleboard court. The Recreation Center has an indoor pool, whirlpool/spa, gym, saunas, and showers. Bedding Recap: 3 Queens. 1 Twin Bunk Bed Parking: TWO parking passes are included with reservation.
