For cooling and heating a new 18000 btu mini split system has recently been installed.Underneath the house is a huge deck perfect for outdoor bbq dining or just relax in the sun and read a book..The street does not have any traffic and there is no noise except for birds chirping, The adu unit is in a quiet, remote and secluded location and is only 8 minutes from Ventura blvd and 7 mins from sunset blvd.. . Utilities are separately metered for electricity usage for each separate unit where the only thing shared is the water usage. Owner might consider lowering the income qualifications provided the deposit will be $6600 as an option.. The ADU size is unit is 600 sqft. The unit can come with one carport parking space for extra $100 a month.
