Available for rent is the exclusive use of the primary bedroom with walk-in closet and primary bath located on the main level of the house. You will also have a parking spot in the garage. Shared space includes the kitchen, laundry, and living/dining rooms. The house is a 3 bedroom 2.5 bath home with 2 bonus spaces and a walk-out basement. UTILITIES ARE INCLUDED IN THE RENTAL AMOUNT. The other tenant will be upstairs in their own bedroom and bathroom. The living room, dining room and kitchen will be furnished but there is plenty of space for more furniture. There is also an option to have the main bedroom furnished but the rent would go up by $125 per month. This would include a Tempur Pedic mattress. The other tenant is a 32 year old sleep technologist who works nights 3-4 nights per week. She would like to be friends with the tenant but that is not a requirement as long the living arrangement is amicable. She loves football, going out for drinks, nights in watching reality TV, and going to the gym. She is clean and respectful. Pets will be considered with additional deposit and pet rent.
