Additionally, this unit can be rented with any of the furniture shown in the photos. The building allows a two year lease and pets are case by case. The Bolivar is a full service, pre-war cooperative, 24 hour concierge, doorman with a rooftop landscaped terrace that has one of the most dazzling 360 views of Central Park in the city with areas set aside for yoga ,etc.,it is the perfect place to relax.
