Loon Mountain, Lincoln, and Bretton Woods are about 20 minutes away, offering award-winning spas, restaurants, and a myriad of activities such as zip-lining, rock climbing, river tubing, mountain biking, golfing, and more. Santa's Village and other attractions are also a short drive away. Check-in is any time after 4 PM and check-out is at 11 AM. Unauthorized early arrivals or late checkouts are subject to a $100 per hour fee. No pets and no unauthorized guests are allowed, with a $300 fee and immediate termination of stay for violations. Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 8 AM, and a $100 fee may be imposed for noise violations. No smoking inside the unit, with a $250 fee for violations.
