This delightful studio cottage is equipped with a fully equipped kitchen, including a drip coffee maker, pots, pans, plates, bowls, silverware, and glassware. Enjoy meals at the bar-height dining table for two. The cottage offers a comfortable queen bed, a dresser and closet for clothes storage, a pack n play, and a full bathroom with a walk-in shower. Relax in the outdoor sitting area with Adirondack chairs and take advantage of the off-street parking space. The cottage is pet-friendly for one dog under 50 lbs, with a $100 non-refundable pet fee. Guests are responsible for any damages caused by the pet during their stay. Additional charges apply if dog feces is not picked up and properly disposed of, with a $50 fee per pile. Late check-outs and early check-ins, if available, incur a $15 per hour fee, which must be requested prior to your stay. St. Augustine, known as the nation’s most historic city, offers a charming experience with flavorful dining, art, and culture right on your doorstep. Located in the heart of Uptown St. Augustine, you are a short walk from the main street with boutique shops, art galleries, antique stores, and local eateries. The Old Town Trolley Tours provide a fun way to see the city with a hop-on, hop-off service that stops throughout St. Augustine. Quiet hours are enforced between 9 p.m. and 8 a.m. per St. Johns County ordinance. The minimum age to book is 21, and the primary guest must be present for the duration of the stay. The maximum number of overnight guests is two, and any additional guests must be approved by the hosts prior to arrival. No parties, smoking, or vaping are allowed inside or outside the property, including the outdoor patio. Illegal drugs, including marijuana, are strictly prohibited. Guests are required to follow the house rules posted in the house during their stay or risk being removed from the property. Checkout procedures must be completed as written and posted in the house. A laptop computer is not included.
