We accept Zillow background screenings if you've already completed one within the last 30 days, but we require you to also apply directly with us. If you've already paid for/completed a Zillow Screening, you will pay a reduced nonrefundable Zillow Screening Fee of $10 to complete your background screening. Applicants are expected to take financial responsibility for the home within 5 days of being approved to rent. We may consider brief, reasonable requests to begin the rental agreement later.
